Club
Colours
We've designed a bit of software, so any club can display their kit, whether it
be plain, striped, hooped, quartered and if we don't have your design, let us
know and we'll add it !
So if a rival club wants to check what strip you'll be wearing, then they can.
Contacts
You can add contact names, numbers, eMail and an address.
This can be the main contact for a team or the number of the local park.
And if you want to store the names and numbers of your players but you don't
want the general public to see them, then you can specify it so that only
people who have registered with you can view them.
Team
Picture
each team within a club can display its own picture.
enter who is in the picture.¹
Noticeboards
You can add as many noticeboards as you like. And who can view or add to them
is up to you.
So you could show your club history to the world but have a second with the
club news, that can only be seen by those who are registered with you.
Profit
and Loss Accounts
Like the Noticeboards, you can add as many as you like and make them viewable
or updateable to whomever you like.
In this instance, you might have club accounts that can only be seen by members
with a high authority level.
A tour fund that can be viewed by the members.
Or a charity fund, viewable to the world, to show how much you have collected.
Appearances¹
If you record who has played for each team in every game, then this will show
you who has played in most games.
If you have multiple teams who play in numerous competitions, then you can also
view specific details. i.e. Who played in the cup games for the 1st team ?
Top
Scorers¹
If you also record who has scored in each game, then this will show you who has
scored the most.
And again, if you have multiple teams who play in numerous competitions, then
you can also view specific details. i.e. Who scored the most in the league for
the Under 11s ?
Discussion
Forum¹
If your team fancy having a discussion, then they can open a debate that all
members can contribute to.

birthday, so if they're birthday is approaching, then members will be informed
up to 3 weeks in advance.
Members¹
Each club will control who has access to their site. You can either add a
member yourself and then notify them or they will register via the site. Their
registration will show on the site as a new entry, they will currently have no
view rights but you can then update it so they have or you can reject their
application. Once a member has signed on, they will be able to see specific
details about other members and also change their own details but not increase
their access level.
Box
Designs
To give each club its own look and feel, we have added in these fancy boxes.
They can contain anything.

RSS news feed
Our example here, is a RSS news feed from the
BBC sports page and it has links to the actual stories.
Alternatively, the news could be from your local team. You specify the news
feed and we show it for you. And when the news gets updated, your site gets
updated too.

WYSIWYG
Editor (What You See Is What You Get)
To give each club more freedom and creativity, we have included this editor.
Links
This will enable you to link to other sites, these may be sponsors, a local
league or a rival club. There are 3 kinds of links available :
Sponsors : this will appear on the homepage, if they have an image, then you
can also add this to the page.
Popular links : Each site is controlled by a menu bar on the left hand side,
you can also add in specified links to this menu.
Links page : To stop the left-hand menu bar becoming clustered, we also have a
links page, so this can hold the majority of your links.
NB. Search engines like links, so if you add a link, to a league or a fellow
club, then get in touch with them and ask them to link back to you. This way,
both of you will move up the rankings when someone does a search.
Polls¹
You can create a weekly poll that your members can vote on.
Birthdays¹
If a players birthday is coming up, then its always nice to know in advance, if
they're birthday is on the site, then it will appear to members on the homepage
3 weeks in advance.
Quiz
An extensive sports quiz so each and every club member can compete to gain the
clubs highest score.
Galleries
If your club has its own photos, you can now add gallereis and show them to the
public or to just the members.
Hit
counter
Each site will have one of these, so you can find out how popular your site
becomes.
