How much ?
Once we set up your site, you will have 3 weeks to assess whether you want the site or not. If you don't, then you can just walk away. If you do, then we will ask you for £9.50 (GBP) per year, this will cover the up-keep and the hosting of the site, any profits we make, will help with the running and maintenance of our club.
As we are still developing the site, we have waved all fees until Aug 2005, so register for a site, its free until then.

Will this increase ?
Hopefully not, we're not in it to make millions, just to get some money in so our club can get by.

How do we pay ?
We would prefer you use our secure on-line site. We use the most popular payment site WorldPay, which has a very high level of security. If you'd prefer not to use this, then we can supply you with our address and you can send us a cheque.

How do we register ?
Simply click on the Regsiter option and fill in the form. We will then use these details to create your site and inform you of when its done, which should be a fairly quick turn around.

Do we have to pay there and then ?
No, we will give you a 3-week period to assess the site, you can go in and have a good play around and if you don't like the site, you can just walk away.

What happens if we don't pay ?
If no payment is received, may it be the initial or renewal payment, and then the site will transfer you to a payment notification screen.

What happens if we just forget to pay by accident ?
Your site won't be removed, it'll just be suspended, and so once you've made us the payment, we can then reset it for you.
You will be notified via eMail when the site is suspended.

Will we need to buy a web address (URL)?
No, not really. Your site will be www.club-sites.com/your-club and search engines will find you and other clubs can also link to you.
But if you need your own identity then you can buy one and then all you need to do is to point it at your page.

What if we already have a web address (URL)?
Then all you need do is point it at www.club-sites.com/your-club.

Will search engines find us ?
There will be a direct link to your site from our homepages but they won't find you right away.
Search engines only update themselves every few weeks. To help them find you, you can ask other clubs and sites to link to you. One popular and free option to help people find you is the Open Directory Project. If you add your site here, numerous search engines including Google, AOL, All the Web, AltaVista, HotBot, Lycos and Yahoo will then pick it up. You just go to the most suitable category and use the "add URL" option to add your site, some editors are a bit slow to add them though.
i.e. the "Clarence AFC" has been added to "Top: Sports: Soccer: UEFA: Wales: Lower Divisions".
